Center of the house is the lounge with an open fireplace, a big dining table for 6 to 8 peresons to sit, eat and drink comfortably, and generous windows to the shadow terrace overlooking terrassed olive groves and vineyards.
From the chimney room one can step directly on the lower, shady terrace.

The "blue kitchen" is right next to the lounge. It is equipped with all necessary installations like cooker (gas and electric), oven (electric), dish washer, a good choice in pots, frying pans and other culinary utensils as well as enough dishes to receive a bigger society. Like the chimney room the kitchen has direct access to the shady terrace.

The guest house is provided with three bedrooms. Two of them have double beds in a width of 180 or 160 cm, the third bedroom has two separated beds.

All bedrooms have generous windows, ample space and generous cupboards for your clothes and personal belongings.

Furthermore there are two fully equipped bathrooms. On the upper floor there is a bathroom with 2 washbasins, a shower, toilet and bidet and is accessible from both bedrooms.
On the lower floor there is the second bathroom with one washbasin, a shower, toilet and bidet .
